The Boca Group utilizes The proven CARVER method to conduct Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Assessments. including: Residential and Commercial Campuses, Executive Security, Travel Security, and Active Shooter Preparedness & Response Surveys that are tailored to the needs and capabilities of the specific client as an offensive strategy to identify risk, and vulnerabilities and to recommend defensive strategies that serve as a guideline to mitigate exposure .

Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Assessments should be considered living documents and updated to reflect changes in lifestyle, corporate infrastructure and / or societal issues.

The Boca Group has many years of experience protecting human assets, safeguarding proprietary information, managing access control and overseeing general security services for our corporate clients throughout the US and Internationally.

Protective Intelligence is a sub-component of a Risk, Threat or Vulnerability Assessment that is conducted to identify actual or potential threats (active, past and future), This intelligence is essential for planning public events, executive travel, and both site-specific corporate and executive residential security operations.

For clients that don’t have or need an executive security program, however may need occasional low profile support services, locally and/or when traveling: The Boca Group provides a “QRF” or Quick Reaction Force program. Starting with a Risk, Threat & Vulnerability Assessment our personnel can utilize Protective Intelligence to mitigate risk by covertly advancing venues to be visited and/or by shadowing executive movements. Our personnel remain in place equipped with a vehicle suitable for the location that is equipped with satellite communications, medical supplies, first aid and trauma kits, vision, respiratory and hearing protection and food & water in order to be positioned to rapidly evacuate an individual or group in the event of a man made or natural disaster or other emergency.
